After 30 years of practicing law, our firm accepts a limited number of new clients during an eight (8) month period each year. However, our support staff is available to provide service to our existing clients throughout the year. We are not all things to all people, and do not handle crisis situations. We evaluate each client’s needs and put together a plan to accomplish their specific goals.
To better explain our business structure, our firm operates similar to a specialist in the medical field. The area of law we practice is very focused, similar to a cardiologist or an orthopedic surgeon. Therefore, it could take up to 24 hours for a return call, and a few weeks for a meeting time to become available for the initial consultation. Once both parties agree to move forward, you can rest assured that your needs will be met in a timely manner. Depending on the client’s availability, the process can be completed within a few weeks.
The key word in estate planning, and business succession planning is “planning”. We are here to help our clients with the “planning” process, and not the emergencies that can result from a lack thereof.
